I feel like fun theory is how to make tasks from everyday easier and more innovative. Its kind of like the stairs because people didn't use them but when they put the piano elements on the steps people used the steps more.

During this TED Talk video I learned a lot about Phil Hansen and also about creativity and overcoming obstacles. He used to have a shake in his hand and he quit art , and came back more inspired than ever to create original and use more techniques for making art and paintings. He used a disability and turned it into a way to discover more ways to create art regardless of if it would hurt him more. This video is really inspiring to use things you cant help and make more out of it. I Created Original Art
I used my own experiences to create my pumpkin , i also used personal feelings and world issues as aspects in my pumpkin. I was in a mental hospital for a while and while i was there i met one of my bestfriends, he was 17 and of the LGBT community. WHile we were there many of people that were coming in looked at Malik in a different way because of his sexual preference he was my inspiration for this project. My Art was intentional. I Communicated Through My Work My artwork is intended to represent the LGBT community and how they are the same as everyone else but have different preferences. Society makes it hard for people to be accepted because now days you have to be a certain way to be accepted and actually looked at as a person and i have deep feelings on the situations going on in the world , especially the acceptance of LGBT community. My only problem was the blending of the colors when they were close together. I Reflected I reflected on my artwork all the time , when I felt like things needed to be changed i would change it. I also used the teacher and peers at my table to tell me if there was any mistakes and I stood up and turned my pumpkin frequently to see if it was all even. |
